R. Aaron Morriss
Aaron graduated from Utah State in 2004 with a focus on law and constitutional studies. He then went on to attain his J.D. of Law at The University of Tulsa in 2007, he has been practicing with a focus on Family Law ever since. Aaron is creative, diligent, hardworking, and he always keeps the team laughing.
Kallan received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine School of Law in 2021 after attending the University of Colorado obtaining her BA in Sociology, BA in Advertising, and Minor in Business with an emphasis in Innovation. While in law school, Kallan worked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the Hardcore Gangs Unit. She enjoys yoga, tennis, and hiking and spending time with her boyfriend and their dog.
Brion provides comprehensive advice and effective representation. He has been practicing Personal Injury Law since his graduation from the University of Idaho in 2014. Brion's law experience however, did not start there. Brion Graduated from Southern Virginia University in 2008, he then attained his Juris Doctor from U of I. During this time he worked with a limited license for multiple law firms and gained experience in family law, litigation, PI, and more. He is an asset to our team and is known to always provides results.
Alison received her Bachelors in Political Science at Boise State University in 2021, in company with a family studies minor and a dispute resolutions certificate with mediation emphasis. She has been a volunteer mediator at the Ada County Courthouse for small claims and evictions cases for a year and a half, and has been apart of our legal team since march of 2021. Alison aspires to be an attorney and plans to attend law school in the Fall of 2022, to further her knowledge of the world of law. In her free time, she likes to snowboard, go on hikes with her dog, and does stand up comedy.
Kate is a proud Idaho native who loves the outdoors, fitness, hiking, yoga, paddle boarding, and spending time with her 9 year old son. She is passionate about healthy co-parenting and reunification of families. Kate is in the process of becoming an Idaho Foster parent and hopes to serve many Idaho families in the reunification process. Kate has been a paralegal specializing in family law for over 4 years and loves staying up to date on Idaho law and educating and helping her clients through difficult times to a positive outcome.
Liz is a wife and mother of two who has been working as a family law paralegal for over 6 years. Her early passion for law lead her into becoming a paralegal. She strives to help families to the best of her abilities in what can be one of their darkest hours. Liz grew up splitting her time between Idaho and Germany, where most of her family still lives, and still loves the outdoors, traveling, doing crafts with her kids and baking. She has also spent time working with different Idaho legislators on family law issues. When not working, you can normally find her on some adventure with her girls.
